A total of 32,341 persons applied for the ongoing 2024 Cross River State Civil Service employment recruitment exercise.
This was disclosed by the Commission on Friday after the closure of the application portal.
Accordingly, the 32,341 persons applied for 500 positions in the main service, out of which 17,348 are females and 14,977 are males.
The Commission said it will publish a breakdown of the list, local government by local government, soonest.
“Hereunder is the first level analysis report of the ongoing CRS Civil Service Recruitment exercise. A total of 32,341 persons applied for 500 positions in the main service, out of which 17,348 are females and 14,977 are males.
“The tables also show the breakdown of the applicants, based on the different advertised cadres, with the Clerical Officer cadre topping the list with 8,358 applicants. In the days ahead, we will publish the breakdown of the applicants, LGA by LGA.”
