The United Nations (UN) seems powerless in the fight against conflicts as the latest one between Israel and Palestine has taken a different dimension but, His Holiness Olumba Olumba Obu, Leader of the Brotherhood of the Cross and Star (BCS) is offering a solution to end all conflicts across the world.
Disclosing the message of Obu at a World Press Conference on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, at the BCS World Headquarters in Calabar, Patriarch Christ Shepherd, PCS Amah Williams, BCS Spokesman said there wouldn’t have been a war in Ukraine, a coup in Niger and Gabon and other conflicts if the world leaders have heeded to His Holiness’ message.
PCS Williams said also that Obu is the solution to all the violence in Nigeria, adding that if only everyone will embrace his teachings and do as he directs, the world will be a better place.
“His Holiness Olumba Olumba Obu says now is the time for all Nigerians to eschew violence, forgive one another and embrace the Brotherhood of man as that is the only sure path to enduring peace. Every leader and citizen must therefore rise above ethnicity, prejudice and corruption and live in oneness and love. Until these lofty ideals as taught by Leader Olumba Olumba Obu are practised the problems of mankind shall persist.
“Everyone should know that there is no amount of violence, killings or agitations that can solve any problem. Once love is practised, all problems will be solved. Nigerians must also know that the physical abode of God is here in Nigeria and this nation is a nation after God’s heart, therefore, all those fanning the embers of disunity, violence and those who perpetrate corruption should know that the wrath of God shall soon come upon them. The tears and sufferings of ordinary citizens have risen to the Throne of God and no more shall God allow anyone to swindle the collective wealth of this nation and go scot-free.
“Leaders at all levels of governance in the world should stop causing tears and pain to the children of God. His Holiness Olumba Olumba Obu is telling the world right now that all human beings are his children and were created by the same God irrespective of race, colour, creed or nation of birth and no one has the right to take any man’s life. He had since issued a statement directing the warring nations in the Middle East to retrace their steps and give peace a chance. Those supporting and carrying out the slaughtering of innocent civilians including women and children must stop or brace up to face the consequences of their actions. The wrath and
indignation of God shall soon come upon anyone who does not give peace a chance.
“It is imperative to conclude by stating that this is not another sermon by a church leader, nor is it about religious supremacy, rather the information we have given you, though deeply rooted in Bible prophecies, goes beyond religion. What we are telling you today is so important that the very existence of mankind depends on it. It is a message meant for the leaders of the world and the general public irrespective of religious inclination.
“Whoever ignores this message does so at his or her own peril and whoever accepts it, has received life”, Williams said.
Continuing, he said “Today, the 14th Day of November, 2023, we are telling the whole world that the only way out of the global challenges is for man to embrace the teachings of Leader Olumba Olumba Obu. God has manifested on earth and is dwelling on earth with men; unless the leaders of the world turn to Him and embrace His teachings of love, peace, forgiveness, the challenges of mankind will persist.

“It is written that when the Holy Spirit of Truth shall come, He will lead you to the accurate knowledge of truth. The truth for all mankind is that God is now dwelling with men; that God has come with a New Name and a commandment which is Love One Another. God is closer to you than the tongue is to the teeth. Do not search for Him in the moon, stars or in the skies, Jerusalem is no more His dwelling place, the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit now dwell with men.
“He alone is the giver of Peace, Nations and people rise and fall at His command, and from His Mouth proceeds a two-edged sword with which He smites the Nation. He alone is the giver of Justice, He is the Hope to the Hopeless, He is the defender of the weak, He is the God of reconstruction, and He has come with a new name Olumba Olumba Obu.
“You must embrace Him and practice His teachings of love, forgiveness, oneness and peace for this is the last bus stop. This is not the time to engage in religious controversy and hate, this is not
the time to discriminate between whites or black Christians or Moslems but it is the time to love one another irrespective of religion or ethnicity and seek God in spirit with a humble heart and you shall find Him.
“This is the message from His Holiness Olumba Olumba Obu to the world.”
PCS Williams said the Divine Manifestation is a weeklong programme which will run from November 13 to November 20, 2023.
Programmes for the 2023 Divine Manifestation include humanitarian visits to the Correctional facilities in Nigeria and their equivalent all over the world, destitute homes shall also be visited, feeding of the poor, gift items and general humanitarian works shall be out by members of BCS at their respect nations and places of domicile to mark this event.
On Friday, November 17, the choristers of the Brotherhood of the Cross and Star shall all arrive at the World Headquarters for a choral performance where explosive heavenly music shall be rendered by various State and National choirs while the feast of the Lamb shall be celebrated on Saturday, November 18.
Sunday shall witness the consecration of Bishop Elects by the Holy Father and the grand finale shall be held on Monday,
th November 20, at the World Headquarters and all formations of BCS.
CONVERSEER reports that BCS is the largest employer of labour in Cross River State aside from the Government and has various establishments including schools, farms, radio, among others.
