On Thursday, April 20, 2023, the iPhone maker will officially open Apple Saket, its second brick-and-mortar location, in Delhi.
“We’re thrilled to bring the best of Apple to our customers in Delhi with the opening of our second store in India, Apple Saket,” said Deirdre O’Brien, Apple’s senior vice president of Retail.
“Our incredible team members look forward to connecting with the local community and helping them find new ways to pursue their passions and unleash their creativity through our amazing products and services,” O’Brien added.
White oak tables showing Apple’s products and accessories, as well as a feature wall made locally in India, are featured in Apple Saket’s distinctively curved storefront.
Apple Saket is expected to open to the public On Thursday at 10:00 a.m., and just like Apple BKC, CEO Tim Cook will be on hand to greet visitors.
Here are key things to know about Apple Store in Delhi: Apple Saket will have 70 plus highly skilled members to assist customers to make an informed decision before making a purchase. Also, they can speak up to 15 languages too.
Customers can schedule an appointment with a specialist at Apple Saket for in-person technical support. Here, he or she can get assistance with configuring a device, regaining access to an Apple ID, choosing an AppleCare package, or changing subscriptions.
Customers have the option to choose an Apple product, finish the purchase transaction online, and pick it up from Apple Saket at a convenient time, much as in the BKC shop.
