The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has felicitated with the Minority Leader of the House of Representatives, Rep. Ndudi Elumelu as he marked his birthday.
PDP in a statement by its National Publicity Secretary, Mr Debo Ologunagba in Abuja on Thursday, described Elumelu as a compassionate leader who put the wellbeing of the people above all other considerations.
“Elumelu is an exceptionally committed legislator, who exerts himself always in propagating the democratic tenets of transparency, accountability, equity, justice and the Rule of Law.”
He said the PDP remained very proud of Elumelu’s display of outstanding leadership capacity, experience and candor in the National Assembly, especially in courageously leading the PDP Caucus in the house in projecting and defending the interest of the people at all time.
“The PDP also celebrates Elumelu for his massive infrastructural, human capital and citizen empowerment projects in his Aniocha/Oshimili Federal Constituency of Delta State for which the people have resolved to re-elect him for the task ahead.”
Ologunagba congratulated Elumelu and prayed God to grant him many more years in good health to the glory of his Name and service to Nigeria.(NAN)
