Americans fume as Harris donates $750 for Hurricane Helene victims while Ukraine and Israel get billions

Americans have taken to social media to err their displeasure after Vice President Kamala Harris announced a donation of $750 for Hurricane Helene victims.

Harris, who was addressing the issues surrounding the disaster which has left many homeless in Augusta on Wednesday, said, “…the Federal relief and assistance that we have been providing has included FEMA providing $750 for folks who need immediate needs being met.”

Reacting to Harris’ statement, some Americans feel the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) should be doing better as the nation is already sending billions to fight wars in Ukraine and Israel.

Gunther Eagleman said: “Ukraine and Israel got BILLIONS for wars that pose no danger to Americans. Maui victims got $700 and now Kamala announces that Helene victims get $750. The federal government doesn’t care about Americans.”

Nick Sortor said: “The Biden Harris regime is now saying FEMA does NOT have enough funds to make it through Hurricane season. RIGHT AFTER giving BILLIONS more to Ukraine. ENOUGH WITH THE AMERICA LAST BS.”

Foxworth said: “If your worldview can’t explain why we’re sending tens of billions to Ukraine and Israel and suddenly have nothing for American flood victims, then maybe your entire worldview is wrong?”

Row Swig said: “Your house gets washed away and Kamala Harris gives you $750. All while Ukraine and Israel get $12 Billion and illegal aliens get free housing and debit cards. I am disgusted.

CONVERSEER reports that U.S. Homeland Security Secretary Mayorkas, earlier announced that FEMA lacks the funds to make it through the hurricane season.

Meanwhile, the Agency got $29.5 billion in the last budget.
