Ex-official claims U.S. secretly used $21tn to build underground city for elites in doomsday event

WASHINGTON, D.C. – A former housing official claims the United States government has secretly diverted $21 trillion to build an underground ‘city’ network for the rich and powerful in a “near-extinction event.”

The ex-official, Catherine Austin Fitts, suggested that some of these bases are located under the ocean.

Fitts previously served as the Assistant Secretary of Housing and Urban Development for Housing.

She further suggested there are 170 underground bases that are all connected by a big transportation network.

“We systematically went through and tried to estimate…how many underground bases, both underground in the United States, but also underground under the ocean around the United States.”

“And our estimate was 170 with a transportation network connecting them,” she said.
