ABUJA – 467 Nigeria Police officers have been found guilty of age falsification and bypassing service regulations – a scandal that has rocked the Nigeria Police Force (NPF).
The officers implicated include high-profile names such as Simon Lough, SAN, and Benneth Igweh. The list, obtained by SaharaReporters, highlights widespread irregularities across various Force Entrants Cadet courses spanning decades.

This follows an earlier report, which revealed that numerous police officers were implicated in forgery, falsification, and circumvention of service regulations.
Sources confirmed to that the number of implicated officers is in the hundreds, although some have discreetly retired to avoid disciplinary action.
