As floods continue to ravage Bayelsa State in South-South Nigeria, the Governor, Sen. Douye Diri has deemed it fit to address the people.
CONVERSEER had earlier reported that six out of 8 local government areas in Bayelsa State has been overrun by the flood.
Recalled also that the Federal House of Representatives under the leadership of Speaker Femi Gbajabiamila had urged Preside Muhammadu Buhari to declare a state of emergency in Bayelsa.
