Group offers workspaces for startups in Lagos

NGO hails FIRS taxation template, says its global model

Spaces for Change (S4C), a Non- Governmental Organisation (NGO) through Green Spaces Innovation (GSI)  says it has provided office spaces for small businesses and up-startups in Lagos State.

This is contained in statement issued on Friday in Abuja by Mrs Victoria Ibezim-Ohaeri, Director, GSI.

One of the office spaces provided by Spaces for Change (S4C) through Green Spaces Innovation (GSI)

Ibezim-Ohaeri  said the work space, which were being provided were located at 35b Ajakaiye Street, Onipetesi Estate, Mangoro, Ikeja, Lagos.

He said provision of the spaces was part of the organisation’s efforts to alleviate the office space challenge faced by upcoming entrepreneurs.

“The office is easily accessible with conducive environment free from noise and disturbance.

“The agency also offers convenient, air-conditioned work spaces that are equipped with various amenities, including a file cabinet, office table typewriter, photocopier and chairs.

“These facilities are secured by a team of well trained professional security guards, who ensure the safety of entrepreneurs, their clients as well as their equipment,” Ibezim-Ohaeri said.

He said the startups and their clients were guaranteed parking spaces with fully-functional Close Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras for the safety of their vehicles.

“The house has a well-equipped kitchenette and cozy eating area for meals during break time.

”It also has a fully-furnished, conducive, quiet and spacious air-conditioned conference room for meetings and all business while uninterrupted power supply is provided with heavy duty industrial inverter and a generator,” he said. (NAN)
