The Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University (COOU), formerly Anambra State University (ASU) on Tuesday (April 25), conducted an induction for new students into the Department of Theatre Arts.
The induction, CONVERSEER learned was for 100 and 200-level students.
Taking to social media (Facebook) to share photos from the induction, the university said the Department of Theatre Arts in the university community is known for offering academic programmes and practical training in various aspects of culture and theatre.
“Congratulations to the 100-level and 200-level students of the Department of Theatre Arts of the Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University Anambra State on their Initiation and Induction into the Department.
“The Department of Theatre Arts in the university community is known for offering academic programmes and practical training in various aspects of culture and theatre.
“The Department is seen as a family and today, they had their anticipated initiation. Once again, Congratulations to the Inductees!!”, the post read.
However, the photos from the induction didn’t go well with the general public and some did make their disapproval known.
