The Qingpu District People’s Court of Shanghai made a judgment on two cases (reputation rights and personal privacy rights) of Tesla Henan Anyang women’s car advocates and rejected Ms Zhang’s claims in the two cases.
Ms Zhang shall bear all the litigation claims and the case acceptance fee of 2,600 yuan.
