• 3 years of working experience in the food and beverage industry.
• 1-year working experience in food production/processing as a production manager.
Minimum Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Other Requirements
• Proven experience as a production director.
• Knowledge of the food beverage and industry.
• Good knowledge of production management.
• Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts.
• Knowledge of quality standards and Health safety regulations.
• Good office tools literacy, Excel, Ms word, Power point.
• Experience in reporting key production metrics.
• Good leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
Advantage
• Experience in food production as production manager/supervisor.
