Taking to social media (Facebook) on Friday to share her testimony, Umo wrote:
“RIP isn’t written on our pictures… GOD DID IT!!!
“It’s exactly one week since Jehovah Mephalti-my Rock, my Deliverer, my Fortress delivered the kids and I from being crushed to death by a Truck along the Cal-Itu highway.
“I’ve been in great shock, the trauma won’t let me talk about it cos it came so close, everything happened within a twinkle of an eye.
“But MERCY said No!!! The Devil came too late. Jehovah stood tall like a MIGHTY MAN IN BATTLE. Again, I saw my God of Zion in Action. He saved the kids and I. He gave us yet another testimony. GREAT IS UR FAITHFULNESS O LORD.
“Abasi Zion Sosonghooooooo
My Ebenezer… My Stone of Help… Only you are my Helper. I can never thank you enough.”
Converseer reports that last week, one of our Reporters who was travelling from Uyo in Akwa Ibom to Calabar in Cross River got stuck in the Sermatech portion of the road for over 5 hours. A journey that’s supposed to take 45 minutes took over 6 hours.
Many plying that route are now using alternative routes, the waterways, and it’s weighing down on the economy of their pockets.
