3. Merit-Based Recognition: The new approach places a strong emphasis on merit-based recognition. Instead of traditional awards, a multifaceted recognition system will highlight achievements, initiatives, and contributions, ensuring that deserving individuals are acknowledged for their unique contributions to the student community.
