Ifedayo Agoro, the founder of DANG, has blasted Tuface Idibia after he publicly announced that he’s done with his wife Annie Macauley Idibia.
Tuface’s official Instagram account announced that the couple have been separated for a while and are in the process of getting a divorce. He also referred to Annie by her maiden name in the post.
Later, the post was taken down and another post was published, claiming the account was hacked.
This came as a relief to Nigerians.
However, Tuface, whose real name is Innocent Idibia, released two videos insisting he was the one who announced their separation and his account was not hacked.
Reacting, Ifedayo blasted Tuface for doing this to Annie at a time when the public is picking her apart over her appearance at the Young Famous and African reality show.
The businesswoman also urged women to put themselves first when loving a man because the men would easily discard them.
She wrote: “First they groom you, then you lose yourself and then they dump you. I am sooo angry! l never involve myself with things like this but this is a disgusting behaviour by this man.
“In the time when this woman is being bashed, you had to say this? Knowing
you constantly humiliated her publicly since I was 18 years old? Why now? Why heap more fire on her reputation?
“Never ever ever choose a man over yourself No one is INDISPENSABLE! Gosh!”
The divorce announcement comes as a shock just 2 weeks after Annie and Tuface celebrated 13 years of marriage and 25 years of friendship.
Annie shared videos from their anniversary outing, and wrote: “How our Detty Dec started… 25 years of friendship and some breakup/make-up! 13 years of marriage! See my fine man.”
Annie also addressed her critics, urging them to give up, adding, “Even the devil and witches/wizards should give up.”
