CALABAR (CONVERSEER) – Governor of Cross River State, Bassey Otu, has taken delivery of two new aircraft as part of his administration’s commitment to revitalising the state’s aviation sector.
The aircraft, received at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, mark a significant milestone in the state’s efforts to improve air travel connectivity and reliability.
Governor Otu, accompanied by his wife, Bishop Eyoanwan Otu, expressed optimism that the acquisition would ease the frequent flight cancellations and delays that have long frustrated Cross Riverians and visitors travelling to and from the state.

“This is a major milestone in our agenda to enhance transport infrastructure, strengthen tourism and facilitate investment opportunities for Cross River,” Otu said.
