CALABAR (CONVERSEER) – The Chief of Staff to the Governor of Cross River State, Hon. Emmanuel Ironbar, has extended heartfelt birthday wishes to the Member representing Obudu/Bekwarra/Obanliku Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon. Peter Akpanke, describing him as a courageous and visionary leader whose impact continues to resonate across the state and beyond.
