Inquiring About a Woman’s Body Count Violates Her Right to Privacy, Says Nigerian Lawyer

A Nigerian lawyer, Confidence Aribibia, has said that it’s a violation of right to privacy to ask a woman her body count.

“Asking a woman about her body count is a breach of her right to privacy. Even if she is your fiancée learn to respect boundaries. If she voluntarily tells you there is no breach of privacy but pressuring, harassing, or intimidating her into revealing the number of s£xual partners she has had is an invasion of her right to privacy. Mind you, the right to privacy is a constitutional right,” she wrote.
