Bekwarra, Cross River – A Cross Riverian by the name, Adie David Eneji has professed as a monk in Cross River State, South-South Nigeria.
CONVERSEER gathered that Adie, who hails from Ibiaragidi Ward in Bekwarra Local Government Area of the state and several others professed as monks on Monday, April 24, 2023.
According to sources, Adie is a monk of the Roman Catholic Church.
Our Reporter further learned that Catholic monks are different from Reverend Fathers. Their home is the monastery and their duty is to pray always (day and night).
Adie’s feat has received commendations from family and friends.
