CALABAR – The Special Adviser to the Governor of Cross River State on Project/Programmes, Monitoring and Evaluation (DPPME), Mr Raphael Morphy has felicitate with the Cross River First Lady, Her Excellency Bishop (Mrs) Eyoawan Otu, on the occasion of her 61st birthday.
Morphy who described the first lady as a vision bearer, support system and epitome of kindness to women, children and Cross Rivarians said her visionary leadership and selfless support given to his boss, His Excellency Senator Bassey Otu from day one of this administration has been outstanding. Adding that the first lady has been a blessing to himself and many Cross Rivarians whose part have crossed with hers.
Mr Morphy prays that the good God who has brought her this far will continue to bless her with health and comfort, as well as longevity of life with more wisdom that would be of benefits to Cross River State, Nigeria and her immediate world.
