CALABAR (CONVERSEER) – The Cross River State Representative on the Board of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Rt. Hon. Orok Otu Duke, PhD, has congratulated President Bola Tinubu, on the occasion of his second anniversary in office, praising his administration for its bold reforms and inclusive governance.
In a goodwill message issued on Thursday, Duke commended the President’s Renewed Hope Agenda, describing it as a beacon of progress that has repositioned the country on a trajectory of economic growth, institutional reform and national inclusivity.
“Over these past two years, your leadership has reignited national hope and demonstrated a courageous commitment to reform, development and inclusivity,” the NDDC Commissioner stated.
He noted that the impact of President Tinubu’s policies is being felt across the Niger Delta, where previously neglected communities are now benefiting from federal interventions.
“As the Cross River State Representative on the Board of the NDDC, I have witnessed firsthand how your administration’s priorities are translating into meaningful interventions across the Niger Delta. Under your leadership, neglected communities are being revitalised and underserved regions are finding a new voice,” he said.

Duke reaffirmed the NDDC’s and Cross River State’s unwavering support for the Tinubu administration and its national development agenda, expressing optimism about the future under the current leadership.

Concluding the message, he prayed for continued wisdom, courage and grace for the President as he steers the country toward greater unity and development.
