The Federal Government Girls’ College, FGGC Calabar celebrated its 50th anniversary with old students stealing the headlines.
The 50th anniversary, CONVERSEER gathered started on Friday, November 10 and ended Tuesday, November 14, 2023, at the school premises along Goodluck Ebele Jonathan Bypass, Calabar, Cross River State.
The anniversary featured a march pass, workshop, visit to the dormitories, interaction with the new students, football and sporting activities, donation of food and other valuable items among others.
The wife of the governor of Cross River State, Rev. Eyoanwan Otu (represented) was also part of the celebration.

FGGC Calabar was established in 1973 and it’s a single-sex (girls) school.
