Canada rapper, Aubrey Drake Graham, known mononymously as Drake, just lost a $615,000 bet on the Francis Ngannou vs Anthony Joshua fight.
Drake predicted that Ngannou would beat Joshua but he lost.
His stake $615,000, was to yield $1,906,500.
The singer took to his Instagram on Friday morning to post his stake before the fight, writing thus: “Betting on a scary man.”
His loss has generated lots of comments, with Nigeria singer, Davido, saying, “Ur ticket don cut.”

CONVERSEER reports that Joshua earned $50 million from the fight.
The Nigerian-British boxer has made $30 million from two boxing matches. He only made $3.5 million from 14 UFC fights in 7 years.
Meanwhile, Francis Ngannou earned $20 million from his fight against Joshua. He also earned $10 million from the Tyson Fury fight.
The fight between Francis Ngannou and Anthony Joshua took place on Friday at 4pm in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The fight came after two title fights with Rey Vargas taking on Nick Ball and Zhilei Zhang facing Joseph Parker.
