Theodoros: A Convergence of Sculpture and Defiance

The National Museum of Contemporary Art (EMST) presents “Theodoros, In Lieu of a Retrospective,” a landmark exhibition celebrating the work of the late Greek sculptor. Opening on Saturday, the exhibition showcases the artist’s career, focusing on his innovative sculptures and artistic reflections on Greece’s industrial and political landscape. Curated by Stamatis Schizakis, the exhibition features over 110 works donated by the artist’s estate. Thought-provoking and interactive, the display challenges traditional exhibition norms and invites viewers into the artist’s creative world.
