Bayern Munich sealed a 3-0 first leg victory over rivals Bayer Leverkusen in their Champions League round of 16 tie on Wednesday night.
Harry Kane scored twice for the home side while Jamal Musiala was also on target as Bayern cruised in a highly-contested encounter.
The visitors went down to 10 men after a second yellow for Nordi Mukiele just past the hour mark.
Kane’s second was a penalty, and he successfully converted the kick to raise his tally to 31 goals this season.
The second leg at BayArena will take place on Tuesday, and the Bundesliga champions will be hoping to turn things around as they look to reach the quarterÂfinals.
