Ms Cynthia Maduekwe, an Engineering Student from the University of Calabar, UNICAL, has been accepted into the prestigious Future Female Leaders in Energy Programme.
CONVERSEER learned that Maduekwe earned the selection through hard work and her growing urge to network and expand the energy section.

The “Future Female Leaders in Energy” programme is a groundbreaking initiative aimed at empowering participants to assume leadership roles, utilising their newfound expertise and confidence to drive positive change within their organisations and the broader industry.
This significant achievement marks a milestone in Maduekwe’s career.
The programme, aimed at empowering and equipping women with the skills and knowledge required to lead in the energy sector is facilitated by the African Management Institute, AMI, and funded by the United Kingdom, UK AID, and Transforming Energy Access, is in collaboration with the University of Cape Town, South Africa.
Cynthia Maduekwe, widely known as CyanahPEN, is UNICAL’s Faculty of Engineering and Technology UNICAL Director of Information, and the Founder of Renewable Energy Club.
