Super Eagles forward Victor Boniface has fiercely denied the viral rumors claiming he broke up with his Norwegian girlfriend, Rikke Hermine, calling the reports “fake” and blasting those behind them.
The rumors spread quickly on social media, suggesting that Hermine had demanded a legal marriage without a prenup, a condition Boniface allegedly rejected, leading to the end of their relationship.

But in a now-deleted post on X, the Nigerian striker slammed the gossip, writing in part in Pidgin English.
“Stop posting fake shit you guys know nothing about. People just pick up their phones and post without verifying. Not everyone is like your sister. So, respect yourself. Everything you guys say about her is all lies.”
Boniface has been a standout player for Bayer Leverkusen since joining from Belgian club USG helping them secure the Bundesliga title with an unbeaten streak and lifting the German Cup.
He remains a key figure for Xabi Alonso’s side this season and is expected to join Nigeria in the World Cup qualifiers in March.
