Viral Videos: Child cancer survivor DJ Daniel issues major warning to Democrats

DJ Daniel, the 13-year-old brain cancer survivor who was honored by President Donald Trump during his speech on Tuesday to a joint session of Congress, gave a major warning on Wednesday to Democrats who are critical of the 47th president.

In a video on X, formerly Twitter, Daniel was interviewed outside the White House by Natalie Winters, a Real America’s Voice reporter, following his viral moment during the president’s speech on Tuesday.

During his interview on Steve Bannon’s “War Room” show, Daniel said, “Please stop being mean to President Trump because if I see you being mean to him, I’m coming after you.”

After urging people to “stop being mean” to the president, Daniel told Winters, “I got one more thing to say.” The 13-year-old cancer survivor then issued a major warning to Democrats, saying, “If you’re a Democrat and you’re being mean to President Trump, I’m on your bumper.”

In response to the 13-year-old cancer survivor’s warning to Democrats critical of the 47th president, Winters said, “You are about to go so viral.”

In another video shared by The White House on social media, Daniel and his family were seen meeting Trump inside the Oval Office. The 13-year-old cancer survivor can be heard telling Trump, “There’s one more thing I’ve got for you, a big hug,” as he approached the president and gave him a hug.

During his speech to Tuesday’s joint session of Congress, Trump introduced Daniel as a 13-year-old cancer survivor who has “always dreamed of becoming a police officer.” Trump said that in 2018, doctors only gave Daniel five months to live.

After sharing Daniel’s story, Trump said the young cancer survivor and his dad have been on a “quest” to fulfill his dream of one day becoming a police officer. Trump explained that the 13-year-old had been made an “honorary law enforcement officer” by local police departments and that he was going to give Daniel “the biggest honor of them all” on Tuesday by making him “an agent of the United States Secret Service.”

Following the president’s speech, Daniel has gone viral as Americans have been touched by his story as a young cancer survivor. Trump’s recognition of Daniel also received major attention from multiple news outlets as many of the Democrats refused to stand or clap for the 13-year-old cancer survivor during the president’s speech.
