The command’s spokesman, Benjamin Hundeyin, said in a statement posted on his X handle on Saturday that Odutayo was arraigned on March 12 at Court 1, Tinubu, following her discharge from the hospital.

She was arraigned for reckless and careless driving on a public highway.

The woman was involved in a March 4 accident that led to the death of the Bumpa co-founder.

Hundeyin said the court granted the defendant bail and adjourned the case till April 16.
