Cross River State Governor Bassey Otu has appointed Major Gen. Okoi Ubi Obono (Rtd) as State Security Adviser.
The Governor also appointed seven others into different positions.
The appointments were contained in three separates press releases signed by Dr Innocent Eteng, Permanent Secretary, General Administration Office of the Secretary to the State Government on Monday, June 5, 2023.
CONVERSEER learned from the press releases that all the appointments take effect immediately.

4. AIG John Abang (Rtd) – Special Adviser — Security (Central)
