New UNICAL logo

The University of Calabar (UNICAL) is pleased to announce the introduction of its new logo, as approved by the Senate on 2nd May 2024.

This new visual identity embodies the university’s values, mission, and vision, and is designed to proudly represent the institution’s brand.

The new logo is a modern and dynamic representation of UNICAL’s commitment to academic excellence, innovation, and community engagement. Its design elements work together to convey the university’s unique identity and values, making it instantly recognisable and memorable.

The university community, alumni, partners, and stakeholders are encouraged to adopt the new logo in all official communications, publications, and digital platforms. This includes letterheads, business cards, websites, social media, and merchandise.

The new logo is a symbol of UNICAL’s growth, progress, and dedication to providing a world-class education. It clearly communicates the university’s identity and values without needing explanation, making it an essential tool for building recognition and pride.
