Phase one of the UEFA Europa League last 16 draws has been made.
The draw was announced on Monday by UEFA Deputy General Secretary and Director of Football, Giorgio Marchetti.
According to Marchetti, phase one of the draw will see 8 teams that qualified third in the Champions League go up with 8 teams that qualified second in the Europa League.
The matches will be played in February 2024.
Meanwhile, the 8 teams that topped their group in the Europa will play the second phase of the round of 16 by pairing up with the 8 teams that will qualify from the first phase.

The final will be played in Dublin, Republic of Ireland.
