Stampede as students scramble for rice at Nasarawa University

There has been a stampede at the Nasarawa State University, Keffi following the distribution of rice.

According to SaharaReporters, some students have been feared dead during the rice distribution at the university.

A video shared by the newspaper on X showed students scrambling for rice like hungry lions attacking their prey.

According to a voice in the video, some of the students slept over at the ground after hearing the news that there would be rice distribution.
