Six persons have been allegedly killed following the bombing of two military gunboats by militants on the Nigeria-Cameroon border.
CONVERSEER gathered that the incident happened on Monday in Akpakanya, Bakassi Peninsula, bordering Nigeria and Cameroon.
The destroyed two gunboats belonged to the Joint Border Forces and two Nigerians were killed.

According to media reports, the bomb was thrown into the boat by a suspected member of the Dragon Fighter Marine, separatist militants working for the realisation of Biafra.
It was gathered that the suspect came with a canoe boat in the pretence that he was fishing when he threw the IED on the military men at the maritime border area.
Two gunboats were heavily damaged.
