Google is expected to release the Pixel 9 series of smartphones in October this year. Previous leaks have basically confirmed that there will be three models, including Pixel 9, Pixel 9 Pro and Pixel 9 Pro XL.
The Pixel 9 will be the successor to the Pixel 8, the Pixel 9 Pro XL will be the successor to the Pixel 8 Pro, and the Pixel 9 Pro will be a phone with similar specs to the XL but in the form factor of the Pixel 9.
Pixel 9 Pro XL appeared in the GeekBench benchmark database earlier (the benchmark has been deleted). The single-core score of version 5.5.1 was 1378 points and the multi-core score was 3732 points.
We checked the GeekBench platform and found a new record. The single-core score of version 6.3.0 was 1950 points and the multi-core score was 4655 points.
According to the page information, the Pixel 9 Pro XL phone is equipped with a Tensor G4 processor, with 1 3.10GHz main frequency core, 3 2.6GHz performance cores and 4 1.95GHz efficiency cores. The phone is also equipped with 16GB of memory, runs Android 14 system, and uses a komodo motherboard.
The Pixel 9 Pro XL is also equipped with a Mali G715 graphics processor – the Pixel 8 Pro is also equipped with a G715 GPU but GSMArena expects the new GPU to either have more cores or a higher clock frequency.

In addition to the Pixel 9 Pro XL, Google Pixel 9 also appeared in the benchmark database. The motherboard is called tokay, the memory is 8GB, and the processor configuration is the same.
