Secondary school teachers in Cross River State have been mandated to pay the sum of N3,000 for the ongoing promotion implementation.

CONVERSEER gathered that a template was given to the teachers and it is to be filled and returned with the sum of N3,000 by each teacher.

Lamenting, one of the secondary school teachers whose promotion is yet to be implemented called on Governor Bassey Otu to come to their aid.

According to the teacher, the N30,000 is the third payment for implementation.

“Secondary School teachers are being asked to pay N3,000 each for implementation. Sweet Prince, please come and help us; we are in trouble.

“This is the third payment for one implementation. This bombshell dropped this afternoon through Principals,” the teacher said.
