The list of applicants who applied for Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) Youth Internship Scheme (NYIS) in Cross River State has been released.
CONVERSEER earlier reported that the NDDC Youth Internship Scheme (NYIS) is targeted at providing relief to the teeming youths of the region whilst helping them attain skills and work experience.
The scheme is for youths and young school leavers between the ages of 25-40 years.
The NDDC Youth Internship and Empowerment Programme is to empower 10,000 youths from the Niger Delta region. Successful applicants stand to receive a N50,000.00 stipend monthly for one year.
After the closure of the application on 31st August, a list of those who applied for the NYIS in Cross River State has been in circulation few days after.

The list consist of 725 applicants, comprising 393 males and 332 females.
The list also consists of 699 persons from Cross River State, 22 from Akwa Ibom State and 4 from other states (Rivers).
