The Governor of Cross River State, Senator Bassey Edet Otu, has issued an immediate directive to reverse the recent postings made by the State Secondary Education Board.

The Governor disapproves of the allegations of bias, financial motives, and lack of transparency surrounding the postings.

In a statement by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Mr Nsa Gill, on Monday, “The reversal will remain in effect until further notice, and any individual who may have made payments to influence their posting is advised to request an immediate refund.

“The Governor is dedicated to implementing higher standards and implementing reforms in the state’s educational system.”
