Lagos, Nigeria – Nigeria’s Ademola Lookman and Zambia’s Barbra Banda have been crowned as the best footballers in Africa for the year 2024.
The duo won the Confederation of Africa Football (CAF) best male and female awards on Monday, December 16, 2024.

The award which held at the Palais des Congrès in Marrakech, Morocco, saw Lookman compete against Serhou Guirassy, Achraf Hakimi, Ronwen Williams, and Simon Adingra. However, the Nigerian and Atalanta forward took him the coveted award.
