Cross River State Governor Bassey Otu has appointed Barr. Ewa Aye Henshaw as the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer (MD/CEO Equity and Investment Company Limited.
Equity and Investment Company Limited is owned by the Government of Cross River State.
According to a statement by Emmanuel Ogbeche, Chief Press Secretary to the Governor on Tuesday, “The appointment takes effect from 16 November 2023.”

It added that “The appointee is saddled with the task of providing the needed leadership required to reposition the company, to serve as a veritable vehicle for the promotion of investments and the growth of small and medium enterprises across the state.”
CONVERSEER reports that Barr. Henshaw is an experienced legal practitioner and former banker.
