The Coordinator, Office of the First Lady, Akwa Ibom State, Lady Helen Eno Obareki, has promised continuous support to a couple that had a set of triplets recently.
According to the statement from her Media Unit, Lady Obareki, on Wednesday, April 9, visited the maternity ward of the Ibom Multi – Specialty Hospital, Uyo, where she shared in the joy of the couple who welcomed a set of triplets.
The triplets, two girls and a boy were delivered on Sunday, April 6, to Mr and Mrs Sunday Ekpo.
Lady Obareki who said she was thankful to God for the safe delivery of the babies, prayed for more doors of open blessings to be opened for the family, promising her “support in raising the children”.
She later checked on the babies at the hospitals Nursery, before visiting another mother, 29 year old Utibe who just gave birth to a baby boy.
