The legal attorneys representing embattled Sean Puffy Combs aka Puff Daddy have responded to a s3x assault lawsuit filed against the detained American music mogul by former “Making The Band” member, Sarah Rivers.

The lawsuit filed by attorney Ariel Mitchell, which was obtained by TMZ claimed that Puff Daddy subjected Sarah Rivers to a many instances of maltreatment, one of which she was forced to sleep in an open bay with four male bandmates despite being married at the time.

Sarah Rivers claimed that Puff Daddy s3xually harassed and assaulted her and she also accused him of maliciously disbanding the The Band group and also refusing to give her most of her earnings from the show.

While reacting to the lawsuit, Puff Daddy’s lawyers dismissed the claims made by Sarah stating that her allegation is yet another example of false claims being filed against Mr. Combs.

“This is yet another example of false claims being filed against Mr. Combs. No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor. We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason.

“With the deadline for New York’s Gender-Motivated Violence Act expiring tomorrow, it’s clear that opportunists are rushing to file last-minute, meritless claims. Mr. Combs remains confident he will prevail in court.”
