In a goodwill message on Thursday, the Commissioner commended Governor Otu’s administration for its commitment to purposeful governance, infrastructural renewal, and human capital development over the past two years.

“These past 24 months have been a testament to your rare commitment, visionary acumen, and unwavering devotion to public service,” Duke stated, noting that the people of Cross River have regained a sense of pride and dignity through the administration’s efforts.
