Super Eagles head coach, Éric Chelle, has charged the country’s U-20 side, Flying Eagles to remain focused as they intensify preparations for the WAFU B tournament taking place in Cote d’Ivoire next month.
Chelle visited Flying Eagles in Abuja on Friday, shortly after their friendly match against Bussdor United which they won 5-0.
The Malian tasked the players to be attentive to their coaches which will boost their career.
“If you want to succeed, go far to achieve your dreams, you have to be focused and secondly, listen attentively to your coaches,” Chelle counselled.
“If you do these, the sky will definitely be your starting point and chances for you to succeed is high.”
The Flying Eagles are the defending champions of the WAFU B U-20 tournament.
The competition will serve as the qualifiers for the 2027 Africa U-20 Cup of Nations.
