NPFL: Katsina camp good for Kwara United’s new season’s preparations

Kwara United technical adviser, Ashifat Suleiman, says that their pre-season camp in Katsina is designed to assess players readiness for the 2026-27 season.

The Harmony Boys are currently taking part in a pre-season tournament in Katsina.

Suleiman said the competition will help improve the team’s performance.

“This is the best way to test our players. We came here with 35 players, and all of them will be tested to build on our strengths and improve on our weak areas,” Sulyman told Kwara United media.

Suleiman also added that the hot climate would also benefit the team’s preparations.

“The weather is humid and hot. This is good for us because we are going to play under these conditions when the league starts,” he stated.
