COLORADO (CONVERSEER) – The United States Boulder terror attack suspect has been identified as Mohamed Sabry Soliman from Egypt.
According to reports from Fox News, the Boulder terror suspect is an Egyptian national in the U.S. illegally as a visa overstay who entered the U.S. during the Joe Biden administration.
Six people are currently in the hospital after Soliman allegedly lit them on fire in Colorado.
Confirming the attack, Federal Bureau of Investigation Director Kash Patel said, “We are aware of and fully investigating a targeted terror attack in Boulder, Colorado.
“Our agents and local law enforcement are on the scene already, and we will share updates as more information becomes available.”
The man is being accused of illegally entering the country on 8th July 2022 through the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).

“The Boulder terror suspect is an Egyptian national in the U.S. illegally as a visa overstay who entered the U.S. during the Biden administration,” Bill Melugin reported.
“I’m told Mohamed Sabry Soliman arrived at LAX on 8/27/22 on a B1/B2 nonimmigrant visa with an authorised stay through 2/26/23, but he overstayed and never left.
“I’m told on 9/29/22, he filed some sort of claim with USCIS, potentially an asylum claim, and on 3/29/23, USCIS under the Biden admin gave him work authorisation, which expired on 3/28/25.”
The report was also confirmed by FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino on X on Sunday, who said, “FBI personnel are on the scene in Boulder, Colorado, along with local law enforcement.
“We are investigating this incident as an act of terror, and targeted violence. All of the necessary assets will be dedicated to this investigation.
“If you have any investigative tips please get in touch with the FBI. And if you aided or abetted this attack, we will find you. You cannot hide.
“Our leadership team on the ground in Boulder will be updating you shortly on the attack in Boulder.
“This act of terror is being investigated as an act of ideologically motivated violence based on the early information, the evidence, and witness accounts. We will speak clearly on these incidents when the facts warrant it.
