California, U.S. – Ellen DeGeneres has been spotted looking almost unrecognisable in Montecito California after claiming she was moving to England and ‘leaving U.S. for good’ post-Trump win.
The 66-year-old talk show host apparently couldn’t stay away from her roots, specifically, Montecito, California, after she and wife Portia de Rossi reportedly decided to start a new life across the pond in November.
DeGeneres was snapped at her old stomping grounds last Friday while visiting Casa Dorinda, an elite retirement community known as the luxury care home where Julia Child spent her final days among other famous folks.
Recall that DeGeneres served pizza at the 2014 Oscars, and wanted to give off an aura of untouchability.
A lot has happened and after Donald Trump won election in 2024, she went to Europe, making it clear that she wasn’t running away from anything.
Many have attributed her movement to and fro as bad luck “So she went to England and there were floods. She comes back to CA and the place burns down. Maybe she needs to see a priest!” says Hoosier Chick.
