A businesswoman who owns her own manufacturing company has shared two experiences where she did not need to do much to promote her brand because of her appearance.
She recalled how she got into a mall and the procurement officer treated her with respect because of her appearance.
She mentioned going to another mall and narrated how a different marketer who looked unkempt was turned back while she was attended to with respect.
She concluded her post, writing: “Marketing isn’t for people who appear rough or unkempt. Dress well, look good and be confident.”
