There was commotion at a restaurant located at Chevron Drive, Lekki, when a car crashed into the building, causing immense damages.

The incident occured on Wednesday,  April 2.

A video shared online shows glass shattering as the car crashed into the building. Restaurant furniture were also damaged in the crash.

Staff and patrons looked shocked as they assessed the damage following the crash.

It is not clear if anyone was injured in the crash but voices in the video are heard discussing the possibility that someone was harmed.

“Where is she? Where is she?” restaurant staff were seen screaming as they looked at the crash site.

A patron at the restaurant is seen asking a member of staff: “Is there someone there? There’s someone there?”

“There was one girl at the particular moment,” a voice responded.

“Jesus Christ,” the customer replied, shocked.

“One girl was walking towards that particular area,” another voice said.

It is not clear if the car crash was an accident or an intentional act.
