CALABAR – The Special Adviser on the Department of Projects/Programmes Monitoring and Evaluation (DPPME), Raphael Adoga Morphy, has felicitated Governor Otu’s Chief of Staff, Hon. Emmanuel Ironbar on his birthday anniversary, describing him as a valuable asset to the State.
Morphy joined family, friends, associates and other well-meaning Cross Riverians to celebrate the Chief of Staff.
